Toni Gonzaga is the screen name of Celestine Cruz Gonzaga, who is one of the most ravishing Filipina actresses and is also a pleasant and popular television host. Born on January 21, 1984, Toni is famous for playing the leading female host in Pinoy Big Brother. Her fame rose to greater heights as a female newscaster in a satirical news show called Wazzup Wazzup. But being multitalented is just a part of her personality and she used her singing talent to launch two music albums also.

Toni’s first big break came with a softdrink commercial where she appeared as a fan of Piolo Pascual at the age of 17. After this Toni went on to capture audiences with her hosting of various television shows. She started out as the co-host of a noon-time variety show called the Eat Bulaga! She worked on this show for GMA-7 and this is where her showbiz career really started from. Simultaneously Toni also started hosting Wazzup Wazzup, which was a Studio 23 production. She was not only one of the anchors but also performed the role of a News Diva. Owing to her pleasant and yet powerful voice, she became a regular News Diva. She worked with the biggest competitors at the same time because Studio 23 is a subsidiary of ABS-CBN, which is a competitor of GMA-7 in Philippines. She handled both her roles with responsibility of a matured person and delivered with perfection.
Toni Gonzaga also became a part of the Most Requested Show (MRS) with Roderick Paulate and Amy Perez. She moved on to become a part of Entertainment Konek (ETK) with Ogie Diaz, and she enjoys her work here because the environment is positive, healthy and fun. After hosting and being an integral part of many shows, Tony signed up to be a female co-host of a reality show, called the Pinoy Big Brother. This was her shot to fame and her career was catapulted to greater heights.
In 2006, she diversified into music and came out with her first music album called You Complete me. Released by Star records, this album is a romantic hit and included songs like We belong, love fool, Kung kayak o and Kapag Tumibok Ang Puso.
